yes...age is the determine factor..at 18 support ceased going to school or not.

Read your court order, does it say that you must pay until the child is 18? Or does it say that you must pay until the child is 18 as long as the child is in school? Some even have the stipulation that if the child goes to college, the support payments will be extended until age 21. Each order is specific, read yours.

YES. MY HUSBAND HAD TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT UNTIL HIS SON TURNED18 YEARS OLD. HE LEFT SCHOOL AT 16 YEARS OLD.
