Why don't you ask a lawyer instead of rely on us crazy people who don't know nothing but what we watch on TV?

Yes you can still use his name as far as your civil status I don't know. I know if you were in the US and married long enough to get your green card 4-5yrs you would be a US citizen. If you have children they have Dual citizenship

if you changed your last name to his when you got married you can still use his name after you get divorced or you can change back to your maiden name it is up to you what you want to do. He doesn't have a say in it if you want to keep the name.

If you had legally changed your last name to your husbands - you can legally use it. Your status will be divorced because that is what you are.

If in your country you have the right to choose the name you want then you can use it! Don't think about divorce.

Check with a lawyer
