Candy- 7 yo paint mare.
Lefty- 9 yo gelding mutt.
Jet- 20 yo thoroughbred gelding
Storm- 3 yo foundation quarter horse gelding.
We don't show any of them. They are more or less 1500# dogs. We ride them alot but they are so spoiled. Candy runs the pasture, even being the only girl out there.
Lefty got his name from a Willie Nelson song called Poncho and Lefty. My best friends horse is named Poncho.

Midnight Escapade - Quarter Horse colt. His dam is Lady. Born April 13th, 2006. He was an accident.. A very cute accident. Lady broke out of her pasture, went on a little escapade, and found a stallion. That's how he got his name. Midnight's bay with a tiny star and bit of white on a hindleg. Cannot be registered.
Sold him less than a month ago.

I used to go riding every weekend. My best friend had horses. My horse was Big John, he wasn't really mine, but I felt like he was. I was the only one who rode him and he was big.
I later had a shetland pony named Dusty. she was so sweet. She had a baby we named Misty. Those were my babies.
The name that most sticks out though, is riding horses somewhere in Utah many years ago. I rode a horse named Lipstick. For some reason, I have never forgot that horse or her name. It was so unusual and she was such a good horse.
Don't have any horses at the moment, but hope to be able to buy a couple in the next 2 years. I love horses.

I take care of three draft horses. We have a gelding with the name Flynn, a mare called Aisha and her little three-month-old daughter Amica (latin for friend).
We will have another horse next year and we are looking for names starting with an E if it's male, and with an A if it's female.
Our friends horses are called Carlos, Arabella, Indira Cosima, Mona, Milva, Maja, Astro, Peppita, Peppina, Pedro, Max, Sindy, Hilli, Jakko, Jonka, Firemoon, Isabelle, Lucy, Calloosa and Raika.

i have a 6yro quarter horse gelding (last measured at 15.3 hands but he's grown since then, he was only 3 3/4 yro at the time) that i rescued from a shelter, he's supposedly registered but i am having trouble finding his history. his name is rusty because he is a bright red gold sorrel with a blaze down his nose 2 white socks, 1 white stocking and a freeze brand on his right hip. but every one at the stables where i keep him calls him "bug", i think it's cute and it does suite him. we don't show because he's still in training and I'm in the mil so don't have a lot of time. so we do lessons and trail rides, he's learning neck reining right now. he'd be an awesome barrel horse though.
