In stead of our own rich culture why the young generation of Indian subcontinent feels happy by blindly following the western culture?

the present generation is intelligent and knows their own culture even if they follow the western culture the parents are equally responsible

What makes you think we follow western culture, blindly or otherwise? And is everything about Indian culture worth following, like dowry and caste system? The current generation of Indians is more focused on what our culture should be, rather than what it was.

They may feel that they are free when they follow western culture.Indian culture is a great culture but remodelled and moulded by some selfish and narrow - minded people to suit their conveniences as they can gain advantage of them.They made some things what they were not actually for their own benefits.For ex: caste system, unwanted customs, subduing women etc.,

No,all Indians does not follow western culture.
Though you are correct some of the Indians follow the western culture but not all the Indians.

Do you mean if they're living in America or Canada?
If so, then, I'm sorry buddy, but that's just living in the country that blurrs the lines. (and rightfully so; we are all one!)
If anyone feels wrong about following western countries, then you can always go back to your own.
As far as being led blindly, what is that supposed to mean?

well m included in da "young gen ov indian subcontinent" but i dont follow their culture blindly...wats wrong in taking a few +ve pnts from other cultures n forgettin our minus pnts...after all our culture n particularly indian culture is an ever evolving n dynamic culture..

BECAUSE THE PARENTS AND PRESENT EDUCATION OFFERS THEM NOTHING ELSE. BEFORE WE USED TO STAND UP AT THE END OF A MOVIE TO SALUTE THE FLAG NOW ALL THAT IS GONE, BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT LEARNT THAT LET IT BE DEMOCRATIC.
