Not to play dumb here, but if you know its a SEX CHANGE, what can it be BUT a male becoming female or a female becoming male?? No other options in the words SEX CHANGE I can think of!
But if you are really curious here is some info. I believe male to female is done more commonly than female to male but many men also live as women however do not actually go thru the actual genital surgery.
It appears to be much cheaper in Thailand
If you are seriously considering this, PLEASE remember you do not need to wear 10 x's as much make-up as a woman born with a vagina!

Yes, a person who has a sex change ends up with ... sort of... the genitals of the non-born sex. So a male would lose his penis and end up with a vagina.
Be very, very sure that's really what you want if you decide to do it. To be fair though, I am very happy as a gay male -- I have no interest in being female, y our usage may differ.

Yes they can. I have seen this don in the movie Shocking asia. But it is not right to do this. If you are born a man stay that way.

of course you can have sex change you start with hormone injections and have your beard removed by laser treatment and go for surgery and counselling first you became she male and then a female in full glory

hey can i tell you a secert here come in a little closer( men have penis & women have vagina) if the man becomes a woman he will have a vagina and no penis and same goes for a woman!!

yea, i saw it on Dr 90210..it's a tv show, and have seen it on a couple surgery shows.
