if it hasn't went away in 2 years then isn't going to. that's why they are called scars.. cause they do not go away. unless you get plastic surgery on it then more than likely it isn't going anywhere. there are no products that vanish scars away. it is apart of life that everyone goes through.

If it's really bad you can go to a plastic surgeon who will harvest a small patch of skin from an unaffected area. They run it through a cutter that makes small cuts alternately all over it. Then they stretch it and apply it to a growth medium (that supplies it with all the nutrients it needs to stay healthy). The skin grows to fill in the holes left by the cuts. Then when it's time, the doctor can remove your scar tissue and replace it with the cultured skin. They try to pick a part of your body that most closely matches the piece they will be replacing for color and texture.

maybe try some coco butter like the kind pregnant women use for stretch marks. Or I think there is a new product something like burn and scar cream it actually is supposed to make them less visible or something.

Use aloe vera on it daily and vitamin E. I think that is what I have heard before. It might be that it may not be able to produce new tissue. See a dermatologist for more help.

I am sorry to tell you this but most burn scars are permanent.

Sorry that this has happened to you.

Call your dr. and ask them to phone in a rx for Bactroban. It's for minor cuts but it helps to heal really fast; and don't cover it.
