I'm glad, that you added the late 80's to 90's, I was worried there for a minute! I have a ways to go before I need to be concerned!
I would love to live to about six to eight hundred years...you know, the vampyre-immortal 'lifestyle'? After, about eight hundred and fifty three, I may choose to move to a different country, for some different scenery.

Age is irrelevant!!! IT IS, about HOW you FEEL!!! If you can still 'hang', then it's worth it!

I am very young now (20)but I can say that I would like to live till 90's .My experience grows gradually, life it's nice(much more less than beautifull, because in my opinion life can't be really beautifull) only when u learn something,in my opinion.
Your willness for discovering new things drags u further.
Your building experience makes u stronger. The only wish for me when I 'll be old would be to look back,to see what I build, what I left behind me,what I changed in this world, what I did to other people, what I did for me.So every day gives u the oportunity to do something from all that I mentioned. Why should I like to die when I could still live, even if I am old, even with all the inconveniences that life could give u?We are made to earn,to gather,to fight.

Yes. I want to live to an old age as long as I can still function and not have to depend on people. I want to be around for my son. I worry about what the world will be like when I am gone and how will he manage without his parents....

Yes, but only if...I have enough money to be comfortable and have my health. If I'm going to languish in a hospital bed with my kids feeding me, then no thank you very much!

My 73 year old neighbour did her back garden this year, carting bricks, we put her shed together, she lugged dirt, rocks, plants, you name it and she laid all of the bricks interspersed with plants. She typically has several projects on the go at once.

This week, she wallpapered a wall in her bedroom, sandpapered and painted a chair, is staining and waxing an armoir and I'm going to help her put it together - I'm no where near as old as she is...but I'm holding out to be just like her when I grow up!

partly yes. because we can't stay forever.

however there's this reason that we don't really want to see ourselves getting old. like when we see old people having hard time coping with everyday life or physical problems such as losing teeth and getting wrinkles on your forehead.

heck yeah! my ultimate goal in life is to be a grandma so i can spoil my grand kids and give them all the things i didn't give me kids, to tell them stories about how it was when i was coming up, to tell them how their parents were, to share my the knowledge that i have gained through living my life, and to just sit back and watch them grow up and become their own people. and i want grey hair. i aunt has grey hair and hers has streaks of blue in it and i hope mine comes out like that
but i will take what i can get, the hair and the years

Sure, I want to sit on a porch and admire flowers and people as they walk by and tell stories to anyone who will listen.
