It's always fun to watch the level of liquid in glasses during restaurant scenes. As the camera switches from one character to another the liquid jumps up and down.
The biggest mistake I ever saw was years ago, as a teenager, I was at a Saturday matinee, a western, and during a scene where the cavalry was fighting the Indians, there was a pick up truck driving over a hill in the background.

Tons. Being a car guy, I always notice headlights that break and then are magically fine on the next shot, or dents that disappear or move about on a car. You can usually see skid marks (on the road, not the underwear) from previous takes that did not go well.
I also notice things throughout movies, as my observational skills and eyesight are better than average. I kinda like it, but also like identifying places in movies that I have actually been in my life.

I notice them all the time, especailly when the script mentions something about a time frame. The never match up. On the Golden Girls, they are talking about how many kids they have, and their ages, like on the first episode that they had Dorathy's son on there, he was 29, and in later episodes he was 23. Go figure.

The guy with his pants down in the movie Teen Wolf. He was standing in the stands at a basketball game and no one producing the movie caught it. I saw that on some VH1 show. It is still there in the movie.

its incredible each and each of the blunders they make in videos at cases. some are actual obtrusive. In saved by technique of the Bell (television sequence) they made an somewhat humorous one. in "abode get at the same time" (episode) there's a statue of Elvis that they destroy. Screech faints (the statue grow to be in about one thousand products) even as he consists of in his mattress some min later, Slater is preserving a superbly looking statue in his fingers. for the three min of that scene they by no skill corrected it both.
