Well, OK, as others have already said, a cat is a good mouse control product. (Well, one of mine is.... we actually caught the other one napping with a little mouse - I guess she thought she had a pet!) I prefer the sticky traps, sometimes called glue boards, to the toxic solutions. There are several reasons for my preference. One is that the poisonous mouse pellets are, well, poison, and if my pets or a visiting child should get hold of them, they could be poisoned as well. The other is that when mice get poisoned, they feel bad and they retreat to a safe and isolated position, which usually means someplace like inside your walls where you can't reach them. It's amazing how much of a stink a tiny little decomposing mouse body can create. With the sticky traps, you can put them down where you have seen the mice, and you can bait them with a piece of cracker or a peanut or something. The mice get stuck and die, but you know where they are so they don't stink up the house. My dogs have been known to get themselves caught now and again, but it's better pulling the traps off their ears and muzzles than taking them to the vet because they got into the poison!

There's a really good product that comes in various colours and sizes that are built to catch mice. I think it's called CAT, but you have to train it from a young age to hunt.
Better than having mice eat pellets then hide under your floor and rot to death!

Use traps baited with a small amount ot peanut butter. By sung a trap you have no poisons around to worry about and the mouse can't go hide somewher inaccesable to you to die. When removing dead mouse from trap use a plastic bag turned inside out over your hand. Pick it up and close the bag around it and put in outdoor trash. Do not touch with your bare hands, Mice carry diseases.Excuse typos, please.

MOUSE traps!
One time I saw a dead rat in my backyard. I left it alone because I'm scared (of their tails) .. and the next day it was gone. I'm almost positive it was a cat.

Decon, put it where you think they travel. Or do what I do and have three cats. Decon is faster but not as much fun.
