First of all, congratulations! You're going to have a great time - and the site below is a great resource if you're getting married in Vegas.
There are things for families to do in Vegas, but to be honest it is really set up as an adult holiday destination. I found the link below very useful as there will be some children in our wedding party in September.
Hope it all works out for you.

I went for the first time last Spring. I had a great time, but being a mom i would not take my kids to Vegas.
The night life there is wild and the day time is hot. Unless you plan on staying in the hotel for most of your trip i'd get a sitter. In Vegas you can drink on the street while you walk from one place to another. You can smoke in the malls, on the street and in all the hotel's.
I think it's great that your family is going to Vegas for a special day, but really get a sitter.
Good Luck

To not be able to gamble in the casinos with the kids in tow.
Circus Circus is fun for the kids, there's rides and booths.
The water park will be closed. Las Vegas is really not a good
place to take kids, unless your willing to spend all your time
with them. Treasure Island has shows. Other Casinos have
their own attractions. Congradulations and I hope ya have fun!!

You can spend time at Circus Circus, see the lions at MGM, do the shark reef at Mandalay Bay. Kids can't hang around casino while you gamble. Do Hoover Dam or the Grand Canyon.

It's NOT a place for children, especially ones as young as you have. The attractions older children (6 and up) woould enjoy (Dolphin Habitat, Gameworks, etc.) your kids are too little for. Many decent restaurants do not have kiddie menus either.
Take 'em to Disney instead - they do weddings too.

You will have a AWESOME time. The kids will love the night time shows in front of the hotels. You could swap babysitting time and spend some couple time. Have fun !
