4 - 5 times per week. I work out for about 60 minutes each session. I use to go 6 - 7 week until I passed out at the gym. Too much exercise isn't good for you at all.

Everyday. Alternating on legs and arms. Jogging for 1 hour, abs usually take me 30 minutes, then weights for about an hour. Then relax in the steam room for 20 minutes. The gym is the only thing I have to look forward to between work and college.

Anywhere from 3 to 5 times a week. I do my cardio for 10-20 minutes, and then exercise 2 muscle groups per day.

I don't go to a gym, but I do work out five days a week right now. I run in my neighborhood and I do work-outs in my living room.
