well my brother always comes home and when he has been out with his friends and been drinkin (He Is 17) and i am 16 .... and he will come up to me and say do you want to have sex and i will tell him no of course and he will grab me up and take me to his room and rapes me and i try to get away but he holds me down so i can't ... and my dad is on his way back from new orleans (for business) and my stepmom is alseep and she won't believe me anyways and i have a 7 year old sister and she can't do anything ... and my brother said that he would hurt me if i told anybody possibly kill me and he has been very violent with me before... i am lost and i dont know what to do ... or where to go i just can't stop crying ... somebody please help me hurry !

Call the cops as soon as you get to school the next day the school has the responsibility to help you. They can scan and check for sex abuse which will get him busted quick. And depending on how many times he has done it he will get a longer sentence. Be sure to go directly to the office as soon as you get to school. They have had helped me with family problems. I am 15 school is the best place for something like this so school should start soon or has already depending on where you live.
I am rooting for you and be sure to delete this e-mail that yahoo well send you because your brother may have your password and you don't want him to read or see any of this. And be sure that your school does not let your brother know till the cops get him. This is as much help i can give you.

I feel sorry for you, you should not have to go through this especially from you brother.
The evidence you have is on you and the cops can get the hospital to check for rapes wounds. And they can check if it is his.

You need to stop this and do not be afraid to call the police or got to the Emergency Room of the nearest hospital and tell you've been raped-Do Not wash yourself-for they will swap and his semen is the evidence. Your brother is breaking the law and your stepmother is unwarily helping by not listening or even questioning why you would say this. Your brother also needs help for he'll go from raping you to someone else and if the person struggles or fights back can get worse. The hosp[ital will contact the police(if you do not want to do that) for they have to by law. They will also have a Social Worker talk to you,your stepmother and your father for sounds like your whole family needs real help. Besides if you keep quiet and suffer this because uou don't wan to get your brother in trouble with police-what will he do when your little sister gets older?Your brother needs to be stopped for his benefit. Call a rape hot line-the operator will put you through.But I think you should go to the hospital if close enough. If too far get your neighbor,friend anyone to take you as soon as possible.

If he held you down, then you will have some evidence of a struggle, and if you don't shower then you'll have evidence of the sexual act still in you. If you have to, call a friend and have her pick you up and take you to the nearest hospital. The important thing is to get away from there as soon as you can and report what happened.

Honey I don't have a perfect answer for you. I know there are phone numbers for domestic violence Hotline's. You could call one of them up in your local area and asked them what to do in this situation. You could also approach someone at school, like the counselor and asked them to get you help. I know you can't handle this all by yourself that much I know. Or you could go to a hospital and have them run a rape kit if the assault was relatively recently to gather evidence.

OMG, ok, um, if u need proof get a camera one that records and record everything so u have proof, or u could get a confession from him, have a voice recorder or a cell in ur pocket and record him saying he did it, and him threatining u, but U HAVE to do sumthing U CANT let him do this to u!!! u cant let him scare u, tell the police, if u have to, and i noe its a scary thought him killing u, but u have too do sumthing, and if he tries then u have to fight back with a weapon, self defense, if u ever wanna talk more about it then contact me, stay strong!!! i REALLY hope things get better for u!

if you are telling the truth, call the police, let them take you to the hospital for a rape test, give them an account of what has happened. you will be saving your seven year old sister from this happening to her, and you will prevent this from happening to you again. he can't harm you if he is locked away. you will have bruises from being held down, and this will be your proof in court. call them now, don't wait because you don't know what to do. they will help you, and protect you.

Tell a teacher or a high school counselor, they can get the authorities involved without letting anyone know it was you. If you want to seem annonomous. Otherwise call the police ASAP.

You have 2 choices. Definitely call the police. All you need is his DNA. If he is having sex with you then that's taken care of. Second, it's called self defense. You do what you have to do when you are being threatened and I don't care who it is. Be prepared and stay strong.

You need to call the police after this happens!!! They can do a rape kit on you to see that you are telling the truth. Do not let him get away with this!!!!

You need to call the police and report it. The should contact DFS and they will take you to a safe place.
Better yet be waiting with a bat and kick his azz. Kick him in the balls.
