Check the baby magazines for that info. A lot have either something you can send in, or a link to a website to check. Also try non-baby magazines you can send photos in. They may not be on the cover, but they can be inside. A lot of "family" or "motherhood" or "home/gardening" photos have a section for kids, family, or cute photos you can send in. I'd give that a shot.
As far as going pro? Read up on the net about it. I'm clueless about that :)

Better have lots of money...........Baby contests are expensive and time consuming.........They have what the call "free" talent searches, but they end up wanting you to enroll your kids in contests that have entry fees...........
