well copying is a hard thing...... u know u should be taking it as a compliment because u obviously have some pretty cute clothes that ur friend just might be jealous of or might just want.. if its bugging u just simply tell ur friend " hey i know u probably don't realize that ur doing it but i've been noticing that you've been copying my stuff a lot lately which is great because now we both can have cute stuff but do u think we can buy things a little different from now on"......anyways hold on tight.. u'll survive and get through this lol

You should be slightly annoyed and that is understandable. I have had the same problem. Like when i told my friend that i wanted to get my hair straightened, she said don't do it. But in the end, she did it and when i did it, she said i copied her. The blardy fool. And that's not the only incident.

Anyways, it is best to talk to her about it. Don't be like me, i just bottle it up inside and i'm still sore about it. Sometimes, she may just have a low self-esteem and she's looking up to you for fashion advice, though she's doing it wrongly.

You can help her to get her individuality, not just a copy cat.

Good luck!

As a friend you should be able to talk to her about things that bother you. Have a chat with her - arrange to meet at a coffee shop one day, and if she asks you what you'll be wearing don't be specific about it, that way both of you will end up wearing different clothes and upon seeing you she will notice that you wore something else. Then start the topic and explain why it bothers you. I'm sure you will be able to work it out - after all she's your friend.

There probably isn't anything wrong with it. It's a sign of flattery...but it sounds like it's bothering you, so you should think of a nice way to approach the subject with her and tell her how u feel. If she's a true friend she will understand.

its the worst thing...it really irritates the hell out of anyone...gal u dont even hav any individuality left...wen u two go out in a crowd, probably u wil look like siamese twins...its not at all a good feeling and especially if u invented the style first...i can understand your feeling...gone through this..my cousin sis tried to copy every inch of me...later i started hiding all things from her...its really frustating and irritating....

Imitation is the best form of flattery. Don't sweat it be flattered that she thinks you have great style! Have you ever gone shopping with her and helped her pick out some things?

Why not buy some nurdy clothes...show her how excited you are to wear them and where you bought them at a great discount....then wait and watch...when she wears them out in public...bring yours back to get your money back. :)

Hopefully someone will tell her she looks awful...and she won't copy you anymore! :)

that's a great thing. think of it as a huge compliment.
she Loves your style.
your probably have great fashion sense.
but maybe you want to encourage her to find her own style though.
the thing about fashion is that you want to take what you see and make it into something that's you, not someone else.
maybe go shopping with her, and help her pick out things, that look great on her.

She admires your style. She doesn't have enough confidence in her own style. You can just let her copy you or you can help her develop her own style.
