In many states, you can MARRY your second cousin. I wouldn't worry that much about it...where do you think the saying "kissing cousin" came from?
BUT...this IS your cousin, somebody you will see off and on for the rest of your life. You better be sure the two of you can handle the weirdness that you probably will feel at some point.

I think you'll find that the majority of society will agree that sex with your cousin is not cool... no matter whether she's your 2nd cousin, 3rd cousin, etc.
It's called incest and if it's not wrong for the fact that it's illegal, alone... it's just morally messed up.

You may want to get yourself and her into counselling, assuming this isn't a lark.
Also, before some j-freak starts yapping about sin and god and the bible, just remember that mostly all societies frown upon this activity, and genetically, were you two to bear offspring, they'd have potential for deformities.
