We've been dating for 2 years and he has never had a job (he's 23). He withdrew or failed most of his classes at school and he plays games all day or occasionally wants fast food or to go to a restaurant.

His parents give him an endless amount of cash and it adds to his problem. I told him late last year that if he doesn't do something w/his life then we are over.

He does let me use his car (I hate buying gas) and loans me $ sometimes-although at one point he didn't pay me for his share of the bills for 2-3 months. He pays for my food and gas. What should I do?

Don't ask him for anything at all - do everything on your own and after 2 weeks or a month kick him out!!! If he is 23 and has never had a job - that is not good at all!!! His parents have probably done everything for him all his life - and he is going to use you the same way.

Get youself a car - even if it's a little messed up - as long as it takes you from point a to point b. That way you don't have to depend on him for anything!!

Do u really want a bum as a boyfriend?

Get some from him If you know what I mean. Be happy with what he gives you. Talk to him about classes and If you can help him pass. You cant make anyone do things that you want. Make him a deal If he pays for certain things you will let it go. So be careful and kind , maybe he will snap.

there really isnt anything you can do because lets face it if he doesnt have to work he wont he has mommy and daddy supporting him if they would cut him off and make him fend for himself maybe he would take himself more seriously but that probably isnt gonna happen. i know its hard to go out and bust your tail at work and then come home to him sitting around the house doing nothing. you have to ask yourself what you want because even if he is helping financially no one wants to be with someone with no drive no goals thats just very unsexy and being the way he is he will only attract free loading women once youre gone and they arent going anywhere in life either so maybe leaving is for the best. if he loves you he'll try to prove himself

If you're with him, somewhere deep within you, you are expecting a payoff. Rich parents probably have something to do with it.

Leave him if you dislike his "nonworking ways" so much. He doesn't have to work and apparently you do and it's bugging you.

If you want a Daddy Warbucks honey, he ain't it. Leave him and find another to "take care" of you. I say this tongue in cheek, by the way, because I don't believe a man needs to take care of me in the money department because I can make my own, thank you. But I would appreciate him being a man in my bed, though.

Move on girl. This guy will go through life using other people. If he really loves you. He will try to get you back by doing what he needs to do. Don't let him waste any more of your time. Storybook endings seldom happen. Find a real man. This guy is a leach.

Huh? You told him a year ago and you wanted it to end, and he didn't change? Either you don't stick with your decisions, or you are just like him.

Get rid of him, and find someone you would be more happy with... if he is this lazy now, what's he going to be like when mommy and daddy aren't paying his way? What's he going to do with his life besides wait for you to support him?

Get out now!!! RUN Run Run!!!! (But take the cords from his game box first! he he he)

You have two simple choices. One is tell him to get out and hope he listens or the second choice is move out and not give him the address. For all ladies who think you can change a guy give it up. You cannot change a bum. Once a guy finds he can get away with being a bum he always act like a bum.

Do what you told him you'd do. End the relationship and kick him out. You'll have to cut back on some of your spending if you're not getting money from him, but if he's not spending all day at your place, all your utilities will go down.
