i bought a new printer and it says low on toner but it uses inkjets. I want to know how to reset the ink level to full so that message will not appear.

Take the ink cartidge out and put it back in.

i work at a store that refills inkjets and I know that those messages are from memory on the printer. The printer stores how many pages have been printed with a inkjet cartridge. I have found online suggestions that if you tape the print heads and try to fool the printer into thinking they are new inkjets, it may work. However you can easily damage the printhead(small shiny rectangle on bottom of cart.)New printers come with just a few millileters of ink, so indeed you may be out. Go to your nearest inkjet refilling store now
