That it's the energy left over fro you doing your daily activites? That that is what most people mistake for spirits and energy in their homes? Is it true? Or do you really think it is spirits?

Not a spirits energy. Our own energy floating through the house that makes it seem like there is a presence.
I know this is kind of a confusing question but I heard someone say that once and I wanted to know if it was true.

Of course there are spirits. The "energy" left behind by them is called "imprints." Not all homes or houses have spirits, but the ones that do are there for a reason. They are trapped on this earthly plane and unable to cross over to the other side. If you encounter one of these poor souls, please encourage him or her to go to the light where they will be able to cross over and be with their loved ones on the other side.
