WEP keys are typically 128 bits and are supposed to be hard to guess.

I see that you are astute enough to recognize the brand name of a wireless router in the SSID and have assumed that, like most wireless routers in the default configuration, the owner of the router has chosen to donate to the world a WiFi network with a publicly-known password.

However, 2Wire routers typically ship with a WEP key that is unique to the router. Ask the owner of the network what the WEP key is, and if they do not know, they have likely never configured it and it will be printed in a label on the bottom of the router.
