Freedom is like an empty cup. You are able to hold any drink within still.

Responsibility is like a cup of coffee. You are holding coffee within and only coffee. And, your job is not to spill it.

They are closely related to each other as such that you will hardly noticed that both are being done at the same time.

There are a lot of country where freedom is being denied and responsibility to look after not taken care of, just take an example of a dictatorship of a country where freedom is being suppress.

Freedom itself also came with a great responsibility in which care of each individual has to be taken care of, and not being a nuisance to other, respecting other people right.

Remember that there are a lot of country with no freedom and everything is controlled by the state, therefore everyone is not responsible for the need and helps of other, therefore dictatorship grow and thrive.

Freedom today come at a high price where our forefather fought very hard to obtained and achieve, we seen revolutions and war and our responsibility today is to preserve it.

freedom and responsibility are kinda like cause and effect, you have the freedom to do whatever u want but if u want to pee on ur neighbors car and u do you will only have the freedom to do fun things in jail like picking up the soap.

freedom is to be free from anything and to do as you wish. responsibility is to owe or have obligations that you must do or meet. freedom allows you do have more or less obligations.
