I'm not sure which state but I would guess Georgia. But that is only a guess.

It's Jack Carter. He is running in Nevada. His chance of winning is unlikely, since he is the challenger, and new to politics. The Carter family has been out of power for 26 years, so his family name will not likely affect his chances either way. It is arguable that he does have a shot at winning, if he is able to ride the anti-incumbent and anti-republican wave that is likely to sweep the country this election.

If it's in ASSachusetts, pretty good. Noone likes perpetual recession. If you do, vote Carter.
