I am over weight i have tryed everything be4 my kids i was a nice 8/10 but a problem with my thyroid came up and gained more than i did with 2 preg. and know i have given up i lost 50lb 2 years ago then got 2 ulcers and had to stop i just got a bike for my b-day and 2 out of3 days rode 2miles so far i don't eat a lot but wrong stuff can you help only those who would like to help not be mean thank you so much

Okay darling, first of all check your Body Mass Index in order to determine how much weight you need to lose to be healthy. Next, determine what level exercise you are at. If you enjoy bike riding, do it by all means! Otherwise, check things out on the internet. Portioning is important too. Instead of a meal and McDonald's, get a Big Kid's Meal instead! It saves you calories and you still get to fulfill your craving! Good luck with you weight loss...

What I found to work the best is when you are hungry but know you should not be eating is eat something lite but filling like cup o noodles… sounds funny but I lost 40-50 pound this year doing it
