walking, jogging, running, riding bike...tae bo! i love tae bo. it gets those thighs working. or u can just doing miscellanous things to music, but emphasize on the legs. it's more fun.

Hey definetley squats where u bendur needs and hold for a minute or so... if u have an eliptical its kind of like a treadmill except it works legs more... and definetlye running even though its tiring and usually not everyones favorite thing to do it helps burn fat so well!!

try riding a bike or other cardio like walking/ running. it will help tone those muscles. if you want to do weights, try squats and there are machines in the gym that target thighs.
