Yes. I have been around many years and have had many relationships so breaking hearts as you use the term is a normal and necessary thing. I do not like to heart people but it sometimes is the only way to get them to understand. I am not just speaking of love and sex relationships. Even friends get hurt. I don't think I would use the word regret as such. We all get hurt and we all have to learn to deal with it. Those that can't deal with being hurt have a real need for help by professionals.

Yeah, I led a couple of 'em on in my day. But I don't really regret it, because everything had its purpose, and without that, I wouldn't be where I am, which is married to a great guy and with a beautiful three year old girl!

oh yeah, my boyfriends heart and to make it worse he cried. We had a fight and i broke our relationship just by saying it not really meaning it. Then somehow a cute boy came along then i fell for him and we kissed. So when my boyfriend and i got back together i told him about this guy and guess the first thing he asked "did he kiss you" and i said yes. Imagine he cried and i felt so bad. i will never do that again to him

Yes, sometimes you have to, so skip the regrets. (Well, okay, if you were really mean about it, then you should regret being mean.)

It's better to break their heart now than stay with them just to avoid it....eventually you wind up hurting them more in the long run.

I never regret what i do...especially with women.. coz they try to act smart..

So from high school to now in my career i have broken many ...

first ones happened accidently..then i did deliberately just to see whether i was worth it... slowly i became good at it and now it feels nothing..but at the same time its hard for me to find true love..

I was devastated when my mother passed unexpectedly, However that was nothing compared to the devastation I felt when I once broke her heart while she was alive.

Yes I have, I didn't realize I hurt him the way I did until I recently saw him. I still feel like crap about it.
