I've 'heard' that this person has THREE accounts. I couldn't find the Question where I saw that to contact the Asker where they got the info.
This person is probably accusing you because you are the biggest watchdog on this persons' illegal activities. Criminals are like that...they try to turn the tables, making it look like they are some type of innocent bystander.

I feel so bad for you. When I called him on why he was doing what he was, he refused to answer me and has since left me alone. I hope it stays that way. I don't want to say too much but I am sorry.
Hopefully he will give it a rest sometime soon.
