It's all the humidity in the air. Yeah, the moisture makes your clothes shrink. And all that moisture in your skin and in your hair? Well, that adds weight to the scale. Yup. So not to worry. It's not global warming. And you're not fat. Here's why there is so much humidity in the air. Ok, you know that heat wave that hit the east coast? Well, all those people started sweating profusely! Yeah, and all that sweat evaporated into the air -- tons and tons of it, mind you -- and it became the humidity that is making your clothes shrink!!!!
Now, aren't you glad there was an edu-macated person on here to answer your question. ;0)

Like most Americans your diet is more than likely high carb, low fiber and starch infested .Its truly amazing the old adage you are what you eat is more than a health cliche its a scientific fact. The fast foods are the main corruption..Diabetes is now running epidemic in America .well look at the American landscape its all the Mc foods that you stuff into your bodies.I highly recommend you visit Nutritional web sites and re-learn eating.

Your clothes are shrinking because you are gaining weight. Scale isn't broke either.

You could sue McDonalds...Seriously, if you are gaining weight, you must be eating a poor diet and not exercising. You know what to do...
