I loved "Lonesome Dove," but that was a miniseries. "Have Gun - Will travel" is one of TV's best western series. Although I had never heard of it, a friend loaned it to me and I love it. Richard Boone as Paladin is charismatic and masculine.
The most recent western I like is still a bit older. It is "Briscoe County Junior." Bruce Campbell is as funny in this show as he was in "Army of Darkness' or on "Hercules" or "Zena."
