...been so lonely that you pretended to be gay just so you can gain attention? I did once when i was 14, it was the wrong move. I was finally able to talk to the girls I loved but after a while, after hearing so much girl talk, i gained affection towards men. In the end, I will never know what I am. Am I gay? Am I straight? The future holds my answer. The question was the pretend thing, I just gave some background information to see if you can relate.

When you are young and confused, you have to be certain that you are exposed to enough members of both sexes that you will sooner or later know your true self. I don't mean have sex with them all, but get to know a lot of people and explore your friendships, see where it leads.

Lets turn the question around. Many gays go through a lot of denial before finally admitting how they are. They spend years playing themself off as straight. Guess what? It doesn't work! Also - straight men often hear loads of girl talk. How come they don't wind up gay? You could take 10 straight men and fill them with gay propaganda for a year. At the end of that year although they may be culturally more diverse, they are still going to be straight. That is just how they are!

kinda went through the same thing a few years ago myself...i think i was always pretty sure i was straight but something in me said i have to try out the other side to be sure...and i did and it was fun but it made me realize that i really did like guys...just take ur time and things will fall into place when they are supposed to...no worries
