The culture... From the beginning, the society of the United States forms with bad bases, and thus they follow.
It's a big big problem. For all the world, because U.S is the greater world-wide power, but they only care about themselves. Thats the only truth.
I know that all are not equal... But still.

Breakdown of the educational system.
When the administrators want to put creationism on the agenda, and the teachers can't teach English, Science and Math, we are on the fast track to becoming a third world country
Seems like enough people are aware we have problems (if the present sample is typical!).
Now the question is, what are we going to do about it?

The Facist Dictator President--known as George Dubya Bush. The big pain in the ***.
But if not that, then probably crime. You should watch "Bowling for Columbine," it's a pretty good documentary about America's obsession with violence.

i think the biggest problem that has been facing this nation for the longest time is what is in essence a two party system. no matter who you vote for as far as the republicans and dems go they are basically the same. you must face this, our president has more in common with the leader of north korea then he has with you or me. either one would send people to kill others to protect his wealth or capital ventures. for a true republic we need to dispose of the dems and republicans and get some new ideas

The republicans running this country. Most eveyone was in good shape when clinton was president. Now look at us the poor are poorer and the rich are richer. This country is not going to be the most powerful China will be. Bush and his father were and are very very bad presidents.

child abuse. knowing children all over the u.s. (and all over the world, for that matter) are some parents' punching bag, sex toy, or just not a priority period. this is what keeps me up at night, because how do we stop it? it's happening behind closed doors everywhere, and there is nothing i can do to stop it. i just feel completely helpless.

Illiteracy. If more people could read, spell and use proper grammar, we'd have a more informed society. Present company included.

gas prices, disrespect from children because a spanking is considered child abuse, loss of manners, and too much pressure to have the best materialistic objects and the best anerexic body.
