Honey my Dad now lives with my mother's sister, which makes my aunt my step mommy and my cousin my half brother. So I know where your coming from sort of......my Dad didn't actually cheat on my Mom with my Aunt, it just kinda happened that way when my Mom left my Dad for my Dad's best friend. Can we spell "redneck".

It's not your job to keep the marital secrets. It puts you in an awful position. If you keep the secret, it will build a wedge between you and your parents. You will be angry at your dad because he has put you in this position. You will feel guilty around you mom because you haven't told.
The only way for you to let go of this is to tell. You can ask your dad to tell her, first. Put in your own words, but tell him just what I wrote above. If he doesn't tell her, then you tell her. As I said, it is not your job to carry this burden for your parents.

Honestly, hon, I know how much it hurts you, but I would stay out of it...I mean, it's not your fault and it's not your problem. Let your parents work it out and don't assume that your mom doesn't know. She probably knows a lot more than you think she does.

i think your best bet would be to go to your dad and your aunt tell them what you know and how you know it from there make it clear that they have 72 hrs (example) to come clean to you re mom or you are going to her with what you know but make sure your prepared for the $hit storm that's going to follow

I'd tell them both that they need to stop, and you need counselling, and a car.
