It was a very special day for me, i wanted to talk to my bf, it was my b'day. He just wished me last night. He didnt even ask me today about my b'day. When I said I want to talk to him, he got irritated..I am feeling so sad.

That sounds like typical guy stuff. Find out what he has had going on today that made him so grouchy and then see if you can help him with it. Guys are really bad at acknowledging anything else in the world is going on if there mind is not there. They are one track kind of people. He will probably feel pretty bad about his behavior once he gets out of his funk. So see if you can help and if he says no, keep your day going. Happy Birthday. Now whether or not he goes out with you or whatever you are doing, go, do it and have a good time. There is no sense in wasting your birthday on his bad mood, now then is there.
You know today was a pretty special day for me too. My little boy just turned one today.
I hope your day gets better. Remember, have a good time. Bad times don't last forever but good memories do.

depending on your age, as you get older, birthdays come and go. you wish the person the wishes and leave it at that. now if he was your boyfriend and never got you anything, then it may not be the relationship you think. you may think more of him as a boyfriend than he does you a girlfriend. it could be what is called a one way street.
