Jeremy the warlock that was after The charmed ones powers. They used two spells. The first one that didn't work was casted by Piper and is:
Your love wither and depart
from my life and my heart,
Let me be, Jeremy, and go away forever.
The second one was the Power of Three spell which they repeated many times until Jeremy blew up.

It was Piper's boyfriend called Jeremy. He waited soo many days after grams died and he did a mess with Phoebe's life so she can return to the manor, and the the 3 sisters will be 2gether, and then after phoebe went to the attic following the instructions of the spirit board, she found the Book of Shadows and she read the spell that turn them into witches. Then after Jeremy tried to Kill Piper to steal her power she ran to the manor, they uesd the Book to tried to vanquish him and the first one that didn't work was casted by Piper and is:

from my life and my heart,
Let me be, Jeremy, and go away forever and then Phoebe had a vission that it didn't work so Jeremy is still alive and he went after him and then in the attic they remember the inscription of the spirit board that says " The Power of three will set us free"

it was a warlock, named jeremy. piper was going out with him, and then she found out he was evil. after prue threw him down a couple of times, they went and cowered in the attic. they tried a spell with a voodoo doll that went:
