i dont know they are legal in florida though maybe youshould order them

In Washington State you can buy them on any indian reservation and that goes for Nevada and California too. The factory Mall outlet in Lake Elsinore has a casino beside it with an Indian gift shop near by, they have fireworks all year long, just have to ask. Usually they are kept in the back so when the authorities come to check they have them put away.
In Washington State you can find them in Tukwilia, Snohomish, Swinomish, Nooksack and Lumi. You can get them up river also at the up river tribal center in Concrete. You can buy them from the Swinomish Indians at the Trading post on highway 20 right off the anacortes bridge. The Nooksack Casino in South Bellingham. =o)
In Ca you can go down to Tijuana and get them too. =o)

I'm not sure about Nevada or Cali, but if you want the good stuff, go to Washington to any Indian Reservation. They have their own sovereign laws and can provide you with the good stuff.

They're tough to buy because they're a FIRE HAZARD. Try not to burn the place down, eh? When I lived in CA I never saw any of that stuff.
