my med records are in public record and the da and the judge is not taking care of this matter the da works withcps and cps lies to the judge what can be done I have tryed evey thing

since you are unable to resolve this on your own, the next step would be to contact an attorney or if money is an issue, contact your county legal aid department. Try www.lectlaw.com for information regarding this. I believe that in some cases when there is an issue of drug abuse, health risk of the adult taking care of the child, etc, then these will become a part of the court documents. However, every issue should be made to keep pertinent info out that would harm someone like yourself.

Hire a lawyer to see if you have a case. If your civil rights are really being violated, a lawyer will take your case and not charge you until you win money. (that's where the lawyer gets paid).
