sometimes people like celebrities but hate the other celebrities. Why people can like and hate celebrity???

Some celebs like Tara Reid or Paris Hilton just put themselves out there in the worst way,so it's hard not to hate.

They hate celebrities because celebrities have money and fame that they dont.
celebrities can get away with much more.
Just look at Paris H... she is loaded, and appears to be jsut having fun with her career. They appear to have it easy in their lives with lots of money
Others like celebrites as they admire these people and want to be them....
I personally do occasionally get jealous too honestly!
BUT dont hate them or realy like them

Same reason we can like and dislike people around us. However, it's slightly bullshet that people are singling out celebrities that way b/c most the shet they read about them is fake and they don't even personally know them.

I can understand the like part but hate no. I don't see the point of hating a celeb when u haven't even met them, talked to them.

I never really say I hate celebs, because if they wernt famous, but I knew them...I know I wouldnt hate them. Take Lindsay Lohan for instance, people hate her because shes so skinny, and drinks alot....but there is TONS of people in the world who are skinny and drink....I think its just jelous. :)
