Nothing wrong with it, they should do more of it, and to hell with political correctness, when dealing with cockroaches, you don't have a dialog with them, you call the exterminator.

95% sorry no.
Ever been to africa, or other 3rd world countries? Sadly my friend terrorists are not just muslims. How many american terrorists that were white/english/ regular folks have we had?
Remember the school shootings, blowing up of a building with a truck full of fertilizer and fuel etc..
were these not terrorists. Have you ever seen a drive by shooting ? Are these not terrorist activities ?
Terrorists rely on our ability to be afraid.
The sad fact is cut us open and we are all the same.
As for racial profiling BAD idea. Imagine all the other types of profiling that already take place, do we need more ?
Just for the record, don't be offended I am a white/english/ north american.

what ISNT wrong with racial profiling...it creates the hate that causes the terrorist attacks in the first place. and besides muslims are responsible for 95% of attacks..but 95% of muslims arent responsible for attacks meaning not all muslims are bad..just as not all blacks and whites are bad but there are the rotten few.

What % of Muslims are responsible for terrorist attacks is the question. As also is the fact that 47% of all statistics are made up. And just one more note, Islam is a religion not a race.

In addition to all of the other valid reasons against profiling given above, you've also got to remember that from a safety standpoint racial profiling leaves the public at risk for attack from terrorists that don't fit the mold of the group that is being profiled. If the government spends all its time focusing on one type of threat, it leaves itself less prepared for others.
Terrorists know that they have to adapt to stay effective. They have to find new ways to catch their enemy off guard. If they know what their targets expect, they strive to do the unexpected. For example, suicide bombers in the middle east were traditionally young males. As authorities started being more vigilant about trying to target lone males, terrorists groups began sending females - because no one expected that.
In these days of cosmetic surgery, and cosmetic artistry do your really want your government trying to stop terrorists on looks alone?

Nothing wrong with it. We need to win this war. The terrorist organization is mobilizing and it is coming soon. Why are all of these Muslim young men being caught with hundreds even thousands of these disposable cell phone recently? Just by that making the news I think that is the signal. And the clever part is that the press communicated it and not the terrorists.

If 99.9 percent of terrorists were gay Republicans than I would have no problem with being searched more than other passengers.....
How about you?
After all, I don't want to be blown up either.

Nothing's wrong with it.
However, it upsets certain people (liberals!) because it suggests that one can, in fact, judge a book by its cover (or, at least locate the correct stack in the library).

everything is wrong with racial profiling. although that statistic may be true, it is wrong to associate any ethnicity with a given object (terrorism, gangs etc.)
