well first you need to save it in my pictures, then right click the picture and click properties the copy the URL and past it on myspace picture upload.

just look on the properties when you right click your mouse and just put the URL on your page but if you talking about putting it on default picture then you save it and upload the picture

You can also google sites, you usually can just put the codes that the sites give you in what ever section you want the photos to be in.
For pics of you, you can just go to Add/Edit photos from your main page and add them there.
