Why should I vote for a liberal....
1. Because they hate Bush? Great answer, shows you really stand for something.
2. Because they will protect us? Yeah protect every right of those who don't deserve any! Muslim extremists, murder's on death row, abortionists, etc.
3. Because they are such deep thinkers? So deep their shi* don't stink. So deep their thought goes way beyond my simple stupid rationalistic view based on actual fact not feeling?
4. They have so many followers? Yeah so many that with all the negative propaganda against Bush in both the media and even movies like farenheit 9/11 they still lost the last election.
5. So I ask you, oh intelligent and educated ones, why should we have faith in you? Oh and please spare me any negative remarks about the current legislation and actually provide some insightful analysis of the future way we should conduct our government instead of only using negative conotation to justify your hypothesis.

the way you state issues reflects an in reality conservative view. Liberals have a tendency to have confidence that helping human beings in desire is an criminal duty of society. Conservatives have a tendency to have confidence that helping human beings is an argument of determination (there is not any criminal duty, there is only own judgment of right and incorrect). Conservatives have a tendency to have confidence that what they have is due just to their own attempt. Liberal concept holds that all and sundry reward in some way from society, yet circumstances reason this earnings to be unequally disbursed. In different words, the wealthy are wealthy, no longer as a results of fact they artwork no longer common, yet additionally as a results of fact they are fortunate, having gained the spectacular training, connections, opportunities. for sure those are polar opposites and neither is precisely genuine. Society tried voluntary help for the needy and taken care of desire as against the regulation (are there no poorhouses, are there no jails?), and it did no longer seem to artwork o.k.. government distribution of help is used as a results of fact it relatively is the least complicated and maximum direct way of to be sure that the needy get carry of the help they require and ensures that folk all supply to assist the needy to the quantity that they might. it relatively is no longer a query of administration lots as a query of to be sure that desires are met and that all and sundry human beings in society make a contribution. With voluntary information, many if no longer maximum folk do no longer help in any respect, notwithstanding if or no longer they might or no longer. somewhat, particularly some the main generous human beings below a voluntary device are people who're closest to being needy themselves (i can't help this assertion with documents, it has purely been my experience). i think of it is rather obtrusive from assessment of the social circumstances of the needy in international locations the place government help is provided relative to international locations the place help is broadly speaking voluntary, that voluntary help is inadequate for helping those in desire. For me, the argument is extra approximately notwithstanding if society, and everybody, are obliged to assist needy, or no longer.

I used to be a moderate liberal and thought quite deeply but once I accumulated some life experience I began to base my thoughts process on life experience rather than on the vagrancies of my then immature mind. Now I consider myself a moderate Conservative.

You shouldn't have faith in liberals. They are awol when it comes to horse-sense. They think that criminals should be rewarded and babies should be aborted.

Liberals think that war is unconstitutional but they don't realize that the ability to HAVE a constitution was due to war and freedom's price. (Liberals think that freedom is a mere handout.) Liberals have no respect for law because they have no core; they think everything is grey area.

98% of liberals are mothers and fathers that fight the good fight. If this question is about the other 2% than yes, in a way, you are correct. But if you think every liberal is like this, you are way off base.

Two cents away.

Don't have faith in liberals.

Have faith in liberty, and make your own decisions.

And (for #2), it's up to you if you want to respect the Constitution or not. Liberals believe in the constitutional protections that this country was founded upon, and believe that if we're going to claim to be a nation of laws, we need to follow our own laws.

You really need to read more and become more educated and informed. Bush and Cheney have not once told Americans the truth about any issue, no Godly persons would lie with every word from their mouth as Bush does. sept. 11th was the greatest failure of our government to protect Americans in our History. If this were a corporation the failures in office would have already been fired.
In America we fire failures like Bush and his cronies.
BTW, start with the Bible, the Ten Commandments, read the one about "love thy neighbor as thy self". These commandments were not suggestions they are Gods laws given to us to follow in our life. Also read the 233 times the Bible tells us how we are to treat those that are poor.

Its more simple than that:
We can have faith that the democrats are willing to destroy this country to get their power back. If that means giving dead people, convicts and illegal immigrants the rights to vote then so be it.
And along the way they give citizen rights to terrorist prisoners and whining endlessly about their "supposed" horrible conditions while blissfully ignoring the attacks on our soldiers guarding the animals.

Because they know what's best for us. They will help us, whether we need it or not. They have to make sure we all have the same number of toys to play with as our neighbors, otherwise that wouldn't be fair.

Love, Jack.

If someone is driving your car and drives it into a ditch, are you going to trust that same person to drive your car out of the ditch or are you going to ask someone else to do it?

Democrats hold positions that improve life for the common man, like universal health care, protecting the environment, and a minimum wage that grows with inflation.

Republicans hold positions that improve life for themselves and their rich friends, donors, and corporations like tax cuts for the rich, loopholes in regulations for industries, and policies that are making medical bankruptcy more and more common.

Just to name a few things.
