You sound like you've trained yourself not to cry...and now you're so used to holding back, you're having a hard time accessing that much emotion. The problem with stuffing down sad emotions, is that you can't choose just one emotion to stifle. When you stuff sadness down, you also suppress happiness...so you also aren't able to feel joy to the full extent. You won't be able to simply think of something sad, and make yourself cry. I'd try renting a sad movie, like Simon Birch...and watching it all alone in the dark, with a big bowl of popcorn. I say 'in the dark' because you want your full attention on the movie so you can have 2 hours to get really into it. Heck, it might work.

I always get sad when I think of the movie Selma Lord Selma but If you havent seenit I dont think that will help, sooohmm i dont know see the movie

think of all the sad things that ur parents done 2 u.......
and if u r a parent or married....
think of the time....when u did something that ur wife wasn't really happy bout...and made her really really mad...
