He is focusing on implementing new procedures in preventing terror theats and thats by trying to get the current administration out of office. Since they won't change there tactics and keep making mistake after mistake the only thing to do is put someone new in office.

I don't know but I really wish politicians would learn to tell the truth, whether its beneficial to themselves or not. I mean, c'mon now. Clinton was an idiot. But that's besides the point. Dean needs to focus on ways to keep this country safe more so than complaining about Bin Laden.
