This may seem like a dumb question, but I've never used Outlook before. Is it web-based like Yahoo mail? I am looking for an orgainzer/planner/scheduler/contacts manager that I can access from home and at work as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Contact your network administrator at work to obtain the proper server addresses and settings. Then set up the connection by going to file - identities, and take it from there. Outlook is a server based E-mail program. You will need to set up incoming and outgoing mail servers, and you will need the passwords for your account.
