there's this girl that goes to my school, and she is THEE BIGGEST brat, and ohhh soo selfish and just ughh. she is rich tho and people think she's pretty. she gets like 100 comments on like every picture on her myspace, and i think thats just like impossible. she is "friends" with so many ppl. are people really that shallow or is there something im not seeing in her?

i have a similar case at my school as well and it pisses me off!!!!!!!!there is this girl who is very pretty but has the worst character i have ever seen. she is stubborn and boring and people still want to be her friend...the question is always on my mind whenever i see her walk by...i guess at this age people are really that shallow.

if she is just like you say she is, then she is a brat. Other people just want to be her friend because she is rich and popular. Yes, a lot of people are shallow like that. They don't really care about the personality, in fact, they'll practically kill themselves for popularity with rich people, so don't fall for her. You should stand up for all the good peole that aren't rich and snobby! you go girl!

Maybe there is something that you are not seeing in her and maybe people are that shallow both!! Try to analyze her in an objective way, putting aside your dislike of her. Other than being rich, what other positive attributes does she have that people might be attracted to? If you have any hatred or jealous feelings you will lose your objectivity and you need it now to beat her at her own game!

Well first thing is first ppl just hang out with her to say that they r popular cause they did and yes they r shallow and u r not missing any thing cause i no what u r going through cause there is this grl @ my school who use to be a nerd @ her other school and now she thinks every one should bow down to her just be ur self and dont worry about her even thouh it can be really annoying not to worry

Some people suck up to the rich, but there could be something that you are missing. Not everyone can get along, and you may not like someone who everyone else thinks is the best thing sense buttered bread. The thing is that its OK that you don't like her.

One can have many cronies. If she's rich(or her parents are) that's part of the whole thing. People think some people with money are pretty.I don't know why. Now she might be a nice person,try to get to know her. She may have a great personality.

don't be bothered by this" it" girl. she will never have good values, and has many insecurities inside. her friends are probably not loyal to her, since she has so many that don't mean a thing to her- her "worthless" friends will eventually dump HER for somebody normal and kind like you.
the brattiness is just rude, and she is doing it to have fake power and follow in the footsteps of regina from mean girls. she thinks that meannes is power, and her mean brattiness will get her more of what she wants that she cannot buy.
didn't let her get what she wants. stand up to her. do something she calls " daring" for a normal kid to do, like trying to sit with her and popular kids. don;t let her walk all over you- scare her away with a cool, sarcastic comeback.
besides- popularity and fakeness likes hers leads people down the wrong road, and to lots of gossip, rumors, and drama for them. get on with your own life, and forget about the skank! you'll have a good life someday, and she'll have a bad one.

MySpace is evil for that very reason. Everyone thinks that complimenting a pretty face will mean that they will soon be having sex with the pretty face.
Just you being so pissed off about her (and the rest of these damn sluts) is evidence enough that YOU are a wonderful person, even if you may be a total dog. :) J/K

sometimes it's not that she is all that,people tend to flock around the prettier one or the smarter one because it makes them feel better about themselves this it just a phase, don't feed into it you have special qualities as well, stop worring about it so much there are more important things in life, another thing the popular one is the lonely alot of the time, I know from experience.

Why don't you approach it like this: Spend 2 weeks trying to see what other people see in her that makes her so popular. Instead of being jealous, try to analyze what it is.
You should never try to emulate someone else, but if you find something special, maybe you can adapt it to your own personality.
