O.K., great battle, first off. Here's the dilly-o: Both are considered "immortal", given Ras' Lazarus Pit, and Savage's genetics, but I believe it is more brains vs. brawn in this showdown. Yes, Savage has intellect, but his "Savage" nature-pun intended-would get the bettter of him, despite his years of amassing knowldege. Ras is far superior in intellect, and has more to gain and/or lose, as he is dependant on the Lazarus Pit, so he has a stronger motivation to do what he does. Ras wins.

I'm going with Ra's al Ghul. He seems more egomaniacal. I know Vandal Savage was Caesar and Genghis Kahn, but I think Ra's works for it more.

Just the two of them, mano-a-mano, no organizations and armies of evil assistants...? Probably VS, unless RaG is fresh out of the Lazarus Pit. VS was a caveman and he still has the genetic package for strength and endurance, while RaG has just been reincarnated over and over again.
