The lack of a phsyical office cut down on overhead.
This allowed him to pass the saving on to his clients.
He did have a few sexy nurses on his staff....sexiness was the only job requirment actually.

He had an office with diplomas on the wall and a really hot nurse.
The point is he makes house calls.

Yes he was board certified, by hippocratis himself. I remember him with an office. But he basically made "housecalls"
