Absolutely.
I have always believed Shaun Alexander to be OVER RATED.
And, if the Madden Legacy is to continue, remember...Alexander is on the cover!
PS - Larry Johnson is gonna murder Alexanders record from last year.

I'm a big Alexander fan, and would say that would be a good trade. But if it's a keeper league then you have to think of what RB's would be available to even get you those #'s combined.

it would depend the position of the choices you would recieve if you know them if it would get you 3 picks in the first 25 id say yes:in other scenarios i might wait until the draft is in progress(if you can) and pull the trigger when and if you sense that the players you crave might still be there.

I wouldn't do it unless you are assured of getting a RB of equal value, which pretty much means Larry Johnson or LaDanian..
Don't fall into the school of thought that quantity is better than quality. That isn't always the case.

short answer - yes
longer answer would require knowledge of when your other picks occur and who is available...but surely with the 1st pick of two rounds, you can find a replacement for alexander.

Take it Shaun lost his left side to free agency, the left tackle and I think the guard went to Minnesota. shaun loved running left behind that pair.

If he plays the way he did in his first preseason opener then yes. But really it would depend who they get. If it's Manning and Steve Smith and you can get another good rb like steven jackson, rudi johnson or ronnie brown, then i would defintly do it.

If both picks are high enough and you could get 2 RB then it would be a good trade
