I think ghosts do exist but the government is too busy covering up Bush's mistakes and things that don't actually exist like the need to use gasoline when there have been alternate and better fuel sources for decades, to cover up things that actually do exist.

No, they have no reason to. Believing in ghosts doesn't hold any danger to our nation or government or anything. It's just a personal belief, like a religion or superstition or something. Doesn't need mass-regulating or cover-up.
