Does somebody knows what to do then you bought something on ebay, sent the payment by money order, the seller already recieved it and got his money, and I haven't recieved the item tough it's been enough time for it to arrive?

Also, ebay can't do anything, I need to resolve it by myself.

E-bay's feed back system. Leave negative feedback because you had a bad experience and the seller didn't at least try to help you. It's possible that the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, etc..) messed something up.

E Bay has some procedures for this but apparently they don't apply to your problem. Your options are limited and may even be more so depending on locations...First put a trace on the Money Order to ensure that it has been cashed. Can these people be located or was it a PO Box? Try writing certified letter to them regarding the mising shipment, they may have shipped it and it just never arrived. The amount of money you spent will determine your next course of action, is it worth going to the time and expense of court?

The Seller should of given you an address and a phone number of his information when you where getting the sending money order information, call him/her and tell him/her about the problem
, or wait a bit more, but I know how you feel I'd rather you call him/her, if you still continue with the problem message me, I've been in this situation before

e bay has a help page to resolve disputes of purchases made on e bay through it's members. go to your e bay account and look on the page for disputes or complaints in regards to purchases, the information is there. be sure you send a complaint into ebay. on the sign in page on the bottom left side of the page, it will say dispute console, click on it, it will say report an item not received or as not described. click on it and file complaint. you can also e mail the person that you made your purchase from. hope this helps good luck.

Did you pay for insurance? If so, you can track the package. If not, wait and see if the USPS comes through. Let the seller know that you still don't have the package and ask them to "work something out" with you. Both of you want this to work out and not get negative feedback.
