Wonder Woman would win.
Despite the fact that they are relatively equal in strength and Wonder Man has the eye beams, Diana does not need a rocket pack to fly and once she had him all roped up, the fight would be over.
Then she could sue him and Marvel Comics for name and copyright infringement.

Ooooo, I WONDER who would win? Actually, I think they would wind up finding that they had so many things in common besides their names. I think that Simon and Diana would hit it off real well.
For that matter, I think that Power Girl would flip for Power Man (formerly Luke Cage, Hero for Hire.) But that's just my opinion. She doesn't seem interested in any of the men in the DC universe.
