I have a scar where I had my belly pierced but since it is under my tubal scar it is not that big of a deal.

every piercing will leave some kind of mark. i have a big closed hole, and i even took care of my piercing when i had it for those 5 years. also, depending on your skin and how fast your scars heal, the hole will always differ from each person.

I would assume any deep piercing of your skin would leave a scar.
By definition, a piercing IS a scar.

I've had mine for about three years now and even though its healed their is still a tiny scar though. I don't think there is anything to worry about if you take care of it.

They do scar, but it's just a tiny, barely noticeable scar.

I'm not too sure, I don't plan on taking mine out. But when that time comes, I'm sure I'll have worse scars to worry about!

When I was pregnant I had to take mine out and the hole never closed. I am sure it has to do with what type of skin that you have and if you use a large guage it will be a large hole.

Well yeah...a piece of metal gets put thru your flesh, of course it leaves a scar.

Yes, they do, but it's not a large one. You really can't see it unless you take your jewelry out. Then it's obvious, but no larger than 1 cm. in circumference.

Yes they do. It is not am ugly scar. It looks like a dark dimple. Do not do it!
