I am right there with ya, I was born and raised on a farm, and back in my teens I usually had about 1 gallon a day of whole raw unpasteurized milk. I am now drinking 1% and still manage 1/2 gallon a day.

Milk (contrary to popular belief) isn't very good for you. Shazam is right. Many people are allergic to dairy and don't even know. It can also cause osteoporosis in women. Watch "Diet for a New America" for more info on that last bit.

too much of anything is bad. i think 1 gallon of milk per day is too much. this may cause obesity, diarrhea, kidney ailment, and other health problems. see a dietitian. cheers!

This much calcium can interfere with your body's absorption of iron. Be sure you are not becoming anemic.
